Prometheus Cave

The first stop of our tour is the famous Prometheus Cave, where along a long walking trail (1700 meters) you can see amazing stalactites, stalagmites, underground waterfalls and lakes. Entrance to the cave is subject to a fee (details in the "Excursion Details" section), and a professional guide from the cave organization will help you better understand the geological uniqueness of this place. Martvili Canyon

Martvili Canyon is a place where nature gives fabulous views. Here you can walk along a picturesque route, admiring the views from bridges and observation platforms. The canyon may be closed for repairs depending on weather conditions and the state of the route, so on the spot you will additionally have a choice: to explore the canyon itself or go to the Martvili waterfall. This excursion allows you to enjoy the harmony of mountains, rivers and the unique nature of the region.

Nokalakevi Hot Spring

The final stop of the tour is Nokalakevi Hot Spring, where you can relax in natural hot baths. Here, hot water mixes with cool river water, creating natural baths in the recesses of the pebble beach, in which you can lie down and relax. You can sit under the hot spring itself as if under a drip shower. You can swim in the cool river, which runs a few meters from the spring. We recommend taking beach slippers or aqua juices with you, as the shore of the spring is pebbly. There are no specially equipped amenities here, so you can change clothes in transport or with a towel. This is a unique place not only for swimming, but also for enjoying the healing properties of mineral waters.

Tour organization and tips

The excursion is held in the format of both a group tour and an individual trip. Collection and departure are carried out from Batumi and Kobuleti.

During the day, there are two stops for meals:

A short morning stop at 10:30 for a snack and coffee (15 minutes).
Lunch stop at 14:00 in a restaurant with a menu for 1 hour.

Since there are only 4 locations, and the excursion time is approximately 14 hours, the guide cannot talk about these locations for all 14 hours. The rest of the time, the guide actively communicates with tourists, answers questions and shares interesting facts about historical sights and events in Georgia.

You can ask questions before booking - it does not oblige you to anything.
Parties of 5 or more secure their seats with a prepayment of 20 GEL per person: whether the trip takes place depends on a large party. Smaller parties pay the guide on the day of the trip.
A private trip is secured with a prepayment of 100 GEL.
Plans changed - we refund the prepayment in full if you let us know no later than 48 hours before the trip starts.
The group gathers from 10 people. If there are not enough people for your date or a storm is coming, we will warn you in advance and offer another date or another trip on the same day - this happens rarely.
The prepayment can be made by transfer from a Visa, Mastercard or Mir card from any country - Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries, Europe - in rubles, lari, euros or dollars. Or in cash at our office in Batumi - 63 Tedo Sakhokia St., by arrangement with the manager.
You give the rest to the guide in cash in lari on the day of the trip: the guide does not accept other currencies or cards.
Every third out-of-town excursion in a group - the third, sixth, ninth - is 15 GEL cheaper. The discount is personal: we count the trips of each participant within a year, the next year the count starts again; it goes to the person for whom this trip is the third, and those travelling with us for the first time pay the full price. City sightseeing tours do not count; the discount does not apply to private trips. Mention the discount when booking - the manager will check the previous requests.
