• Where is the pick-up for a group tour?
  here is no single meeting point to reach: we pick you up from the nearest bus stop along the route. If the tour passes through Kobuleti, Chakvi or Ureki, we collect you there too, and on private tours - right from your hotel door.
• What happens if the group does not fill up?
  The minimum for a departure depends on the route - 4 people for some tours, 10 for others. If the group for your date does not fill up, we warn you a day in advance and offer a choice of a prepayment refund or a new date.
• Can I cancel my booking and get the prepayment back?
  Yes, the prepayment is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour, and always when the cancellation is on our side. Depending on the situation we can also move your booking to another date.
• Are there discounts for children?
  Children under 12 get discounts on most programs. Sample adult/child prices: Batumi city tour 40 and 20 GEL, Makhuntseti 65 and 50, all of Mountain Adjara 120 and 90, Prometheus Cave 100 and 70.
• Will the tour go ahead in the rain?
  Yes, tours go ahead in the rain - a large part of the route is in the vehicle, and mountain showers are usually short. Only a storm cancels a departure: in that case we refund the prepayment or reschedule.
• Is the tour suitable for seniors and children?
  Most routes suit any age: the programs are built with rest stops and a comfortable pace. We warn you in advance about the rare demanding sections - like the staircase down to the banana grove.
